So here I am.
In my 16 years in the business of illustration so much has changed but not much either. Doing work that connects with one's passion, speaks to understanding viewers and rolls with the changing times is a tall order, but still task number one. Whether one does it digitally or traditionally or whether you mass market or self promote one client at a time, it's still about doing excellent work...and lots of it!
So much to learn and so much to do.
